This is already my 4th nose surgery...ㅠㅠ During my 3rd surgery, my nostrils were reduced too much, so breathing was very difficult and I didn’t like the shape either, so I decided on revision surgery for both function + aesthetics, and had my third revision with the director at a plastic surgery clinic. The surgery was autologous costal cartilage nose revision surgery + silicone replacement 8 mm + bulbous nose correction + nostril lowering + short nose correction + columella lifting + removal of scar tissue inside the nose, and now it’s been about 3 months since surgery! The breathing discomfort I had before surgery became much easier after surgery, and for the shape I didn’t like, I wanted a glamorous line using costal cartilage, and it came out exactly as the line I wanted. As time goes by it’s getting slimmer and the shape is settling in. People around me say it’s the prettiest out of all the surgeries I’ve had so far, so I’m really so happy these daysㅠㅠ I had nose surgery 3 times and worried a lot about revision surgery, but even the function improved, and all I can think is that I’m so glad I had my final nose surgery at this clinicㅠㅠ!!
