People with bulbous noses, don't make your first surgery too natural-looking.. I'm looking into revision surgery My upturned nose didn't improve that much either, and now I don't have any septal cartilage left, so I feel troubled~~ Please, really make sure to visit lots of clinics with the mindset that you'll finish with your first surgery!!!! Thinking about revision surgery feels overwhelming
