I've had rhinoplasty 2 times so far, but the nasal tip keeps dropping. For the first surgery, donor costal cartilage and 3 mm silicone were used, and for the revision surgery, donor costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and 6 mm silicone were used together. I wish the height were higher too, and it looks okay from the right side, but from the left side the nasal tip looks droopy. Is there a hospital that is good at surgery for a low nose with a bulbous nose?
