The buried-suture double eyelids I had done when I was a student came undone, and my impression started looking dullㅜ On top of that, one side completely stretched out and came undone, while the other side was about to come undone, so it looked faint... Maybe because of the asymmetry, my impression didn’t look very good... So when I had some free time, I decided, “I’m going to get incisional surgery so it never comes undone again!!” And since I was getting revision surgery anyway, I looked at the place where a friend around me had it done, and to me it looked natural while still showing a clear before-and-after difference, so I thought, “I should do it here!” and booked a consultation right away.
After making the consultation appointment, they contacted me within a day and confirmed the booking. The person who called was so kind, which was nice lol Even though I was late on the consultation day, the clinic responded kindly and calmly, so I was really, really grateful....ㅠㅠ The lobby atmosphere was nice, and maybe because it felt calm, I felt like my nervousness eased a little. The consultation with the manager and the director was kind, but they also clearly pointed out the parts I needed, so it was easy to understand and I felt like they were taking care of me! They empathized well and explained things in an easy-to-understand way! More than anything, they spoke kindly and calmly, so I felt trust! The consultation itself was good too, so I booked right awayㅎㅎ On the day of surgery as well, they took good care of me through reception, taking photos, design, and surgery, and everything proceeded systematically, which was nice. Maybe because the surgery was done under sleep anesthesia, nothing hurt at all, and more than anything, the director treated me so, so well that I felt sure it would turn out well!!!! When checking the design in the operating room, they were really careful and meticulous, so I felt truly relieved. I didn’t feel this way when I had my first surgery ㅠㅜㅠㅜㅠㅜ The anesthesia staff were also really kind. I felt like everyone in the operating room was focused on me, which was so nice and satisfying. After surgery, I stayed in the recovery room for a little while and then was discharged right away. Seriously, on surgery day, wear clothes that are easy to change in and out of... Clothes with buttons are good because you can put them on quickly!! I was worried because I went alone, had surgery alone, and had to go home alone, but they guided me well, so I got home safely. Maybe because it was right after anesthesia, I felt a little dizzyㅜㅜ I recommend going home by your own car or taxi.... After that, it wasn’t severely painful, but I had a foreign-body sensation in my eyes, my vision was a bit cloudy, and there was a stinging? feeling, so it wasn’t comfortable. But it hurt less than I expected, so I ate well and even did housework just fine?!! But when sleeping, since I slept sitting up? with my pillow raised high, I couldn’t sleep deeply... I also had quite a lot of eye discharge in the morning!!!
The thing I’m most relieved and satisfied about after surgery is that the eye asymmetry was corrected!! My overall impression changed too!! It was really stressful that only one side had come undone, but now that this has improved, I feel at ease and really happy. Before this surgery, the horizontal length was quite short, so this time they made it longer, and I’m looking forward to the line becoming clearer than before lol I hope the major swelling and minor swelling go down quicklyㅜ
