Day 4 after surgery

I'm posting because I have a question. I finally had breast surgery, something I'd only been thinking about for a long time, after mustering up a lot of courage, and now it's day 4. But I'm more worried than satisfied, so I can't feel completely happy about it (I'm originally the anxious type). My back still feels sore from pressure, and the sensation from my nipples to the outer/lower sides of my breasts is still dull. My abdomen is swollen too, and having to go about daily life while constantly wearing a compression bra and upper band makes me feel depressed from time to time.. Fortunately, I haven't had pain, so it's at least bearable, but when does sensation usually come back? And do I absolutely have to take capsular contracture medication? I'm still taking antibiotics, and they told me to start taking capsular contracture medication from next week. I'm scared of capsular contracture, but honestly I'm also scared of medication side effects. Some hospitals don't prescribe capsular contracture medication, apparently. Then doesn't that mean it's okay not to take it..? The medication is expensive too. Thanks for listening to the worries of someone on day 4 after surgery who has way too many concerns!
