Breastfeeding made them sag more too, and maybe because I had a baby, they just kept sagging endlessly.. I felt like I couldn’t go on like that anymore, so I got surgery. Even before surgery, I did have some volume and was around a B cup, but my upper breasts had absolutely no fullness,, After surgery, it really feels like all the breast tissue that had been drooping downward was gathered back up and lifted upward..? And now that my breasts finally look my age, it feels new every day when I see myself in the mirror.. After surgery I’m about a D cup, and my upper breasts are filled in beautifully too, so I’m happy
