I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty, and I’m torn between ear cartilage and costal cartilage. I wonder if people end up needing a second revision with costal cartilage because they used cartilage for no reason and it lacked support, or the shape was too natural, or the nose shape went back again ㅠㅜ What does everyone else think???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
