I went to consultations at three clinics, and since this is revision surgery for eyes where the double eyelid came undone, all three recommended fat removal. One place said to do micro-fat removal while doing an incision, and another said both natural adhesion and partial incision were possible, but I think an incision scar would probably be severe, so I’m thinking of doing fat removal and natural adhesion. I had a lot of trouble deciding what line to choose, but among the places that designed semi-out and in-out lines, there was one that designed the in-out line in the way I liked the most, so I came back after setting a surgery date to have it done that way. My eyes don’t have that much fat, but they swell easily, so I’m doing fat removal with an in-out line. I just have to hope it doesn’t come undone this time.
