What do you think about having surgery using autologous costal cartilage? My nasal tip droops a lot, so it looks whiny I went for a consultation and they recommended costal cartilage Well, I already expected that when I went, so it wasn’t surprising But now that I’m actually trying to decide, it’s a fairly major surgery, so I am worried I also thought maybe I should just use donated costal cartilage, but I really don’t feel drawn to it, and I’m considering autologous costal cartilage, but I’m worried about the pain too I’m usually the type to tolerate pain well, but it’s not like I tolerate it well because it doesn’t hurt.
