Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Do they shave down the nasal bridge before putting in silicone.....?

Before putting in silicone, do they normally shave down all the nasal bridge bone? Whether I get revision surgery or removal, I’m not planning to go back to the place that did it the first time, but I heard the surgeon who operated knows best what the inside of the nose is like, so I went there. But they said that before putting in silicone, they shave it down so everything settles into place well. They said it’s not just them, and that every hospital does it that way. But then if you remove the silicone from the nasal bridge, wouldn’t it be bumpy because of the shaved surface? When I look at reviews from people who had complete removal, they look fine. Why did I ever touch my nose? I really want to go back to the past and stop myself…
