After my first surgery, the tip of my nose was still blunt, and when seen from the front, it still had that bulbous-nose feeling even though it was a surgical nose, which kept bothering me. From the consultation stage, I kept telling the surgeon that I did not want more height, and just wanted the front-view spread of the nasal tip properly corrected. They corrected it well so that it looked straight from the front without any pinched feeling, and I was satisfied. The nasal tip shape also has a round feeling without any sharpness. It is surprisingly hard to find places that do bulbous-nose correction while still making the nose look straight from the front, so I recommend it if you have a bulbous nose.
