Consultation review for crooked nose and asymmetry rhinoplasty

After I had nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Busan, complications developed, so I posted a review, and if you go to the link below you can check it out: https://sungyesa.com/failure/130825 Current problems 1. The bridge of the nose has twisted to the left and asymmetry of the nostrils has occurred 2. I am male, but the semi-upturned line and upturned nose did not improve 3. The space between the eyes was made excessively high, making the impression stronger as if I had had an epicanthoplasty Yesterday I had CT scans and revision consultations at 3 places in Gangnam, and the original clinic said they inserted 3 mm silicone, but all three hospitals confirmed that the silicone placed between the eyes was 5 mm. On the actual CT, the implant was not in close contact with the nose and was floating by about 3 mm? Something fills that empty space, and the possibility of inflammation is also high, they said. In the end, the 5 mm silicone plus the floating height made the space between the eyes about 8 mm high, and they explained that this was related to the eyes looking more open and the stronger impression. The original clinic did not admit this and said it was unrelated to the nose surgery, and for the crooked nose they said it could be improved by injecting permanent filler, which was honestly ridiculous, so I did not get it because I was worried about complications. Also, over the last week, the right side of the bridge of my nose has swollen and felt strange, and I was a little worried it might be contracture. The revision direction is that the silicone had been inserted incorrectly, which made the crooked nose worse, and the shape would probably be better if removed. The between-the-eyes area does not currently need to be lowered much, so it will be kept as is, and the gap between the tip of the nose and the bridge will be supplemented with ear cartilage. The tip will be brought forward using septal extension and ear cartilage to lower the upturned nose. What I felt from this whole thing is that you really need to be careful when getting surgery, and if problems occur after surgery, there are hospitals that try to dodge responsibility, so I hope people stay cautious.
