1. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ (Director ㄱㄷㅈ) No CT scan, no consultation fee - I went for the first slot on Saturday, so I got the consultation right away without waiting. I was about 30 minutes late, but the director was really kind and gave a detailed consultation. First, I said I wanted a glamorous nose like NewJeans Minji’s, and because my nasal skin stretches wellㅋㅋ they said the surgery would probably turn out well. I have allergic rhinitis, so I asked whether I needed functional surgery, and they frankly said it probably wouldn’t really have much effect ㅋㅋㅋ But they told me to do osteotomy, so ㅜ... I was kind of like, huh? The director was good, but I didn’t really feel that the consultant was especially kind ㄴㄴ
Conclusion: Silicone + donated costal cartilage + osteotomy + lowering the columella + bulbous nose correction + dissolving filler = they said it could go down to 4.7 million
2. ㄴㅇㄷ (only one director) CT scan, no consultation fee - There were so many peopleㅜ.. I really waited 1 hour. Maybe because it’s a small clinic, the consultants were kind and the director was okay too. I didn’t want to use donated costal cartilage, so I wanted septal cartilage, and this director said they prefer using septal cartilage. When I showed NewJeans Minji’s nose, they said since my basic nose isn’t on the small side ㅋㅋㅋ if I go for this kind of glamorous nose, it should come out well .. Also, just like the director at ㅈㅇㅈㅇ ㅋㅋㅋ they said my skin stretches well, so nose surgery would likely turn out well. I asked whether osteotomy was needed, and they clearly said osteotomy wasn’t necessary and that dissolving the filler would be enough, which I liked. And while I was waiting, a lot of people who had clearly had nose surgery came in to remove cotton packing and splints ㅋㅋ
Conclusion: Silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + lowering the columella + dissolving filler = 4.2 million
3. ㅇㅈ (Director ㄱㅎㅇ) CT scan, no consultation fee - The hospital in the Pagoda building There were really a lot of foreigners.. and how should I put it, the age range of the patients who came in seemed a bit highㅋㅋ so I was flustered. It really felt like a hectic factory. But there was less waiting than expected, and the consultant and director were kind. I had waited so long at ㄴㅇㄷ before this.. I was exhausted, so I didn’t really hear what they were saying well.. This was the only place that recommended surgery for a deviated septum.
Conclusion: Silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + (I don’t remember... sorry) = maybe in the mid-to-late 3 million range?? I think
Anyway, I’m almost leaning toward ㄴㅇㄷ, but I’m going to do a little more consultation shopping.
