After having epicanthoplasty restoration, it was overcorrected, so I had a re-opening procedure at another hospital, but the surgery went wrong and I had a second revision surgery. I thought it wouldn’t turn out 100% exactly the way I wanted, but the result fell far too short of my expectations, and it has already been a year since I had this surgery. The reason I’m not satisfied with the re-opening is that I showed the doctor photos of the eyes I wanted and asked for that look, but while I could understand that the shape of the inner corners might not come out well because it was a revision surgery, the biggest reason was that even the degree of opening of the eyes did not improve. Even though I showed both photos and the actual extent I wanted, if the surgery didn’t turn out, isn’t that clearly due to the doctor’s lack of skill or negligence? After undergoing epicanthoplasty several times, I’ve become so mentally exhausted that I can’t even think about another revision, but I feel so wronged that I really want to go to the hospital where I had the surgery and get a refund. There are limits to epicanthoplasty to some extent, and I regret it so much because it feels like I wasted what I thought was my last chance on a surgery that ended so emptily with no results at all..
