I’m debating between ㄹㄹ and ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ.. First, for ㄹㄹ, They said alar reduction, lowering the columella, and raising the nasal bridge. For the nasal tip, septal cartilage; for the bridge, silicone around 3.5–4 mm? The nasal tip/columella could feel firm, and there may be some scarring from the alar reduction. They said my skin stretches well, so my nose should come out with a good shape. I have a lot of septal cartilage, so no need for ear cartilage. They didn’t recommend touching my eyes. My eyes wouldn’t see much effect even with canthoplasty. Instead, they recommended cheekbone-area liposuction. The nasal tip and columella would be handled with septal cartilage, and the bridge with silicone. That’s what they said, and there was a same-day booking discount of 500,000 won, so I put down a deposit.. The cost is around 3.4 million won including the deposit?? The staff were kind, and since there’s only one director, I felt like they’d take good care of me. For ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ, They said silicone 3 mm for the bridge, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. No other materials. They said if the bridge is raised too much, it could break the harmony, so it felt like they emphasized overall harmony? For cheekbone-area liposuction, they said it was a bit excessive, and if I really wanted to do something, they recommended something like fat-dissolving injections. They said there was nothing to touch with my eyes. Overall, they emphasized harmony. They said if the nose is built too high or becomes too narrow, the proportions could be thrown off. They also said alar reduction wasn’t really necessary. They said to do the surgery first and then think about it. The cost was around 3.5 million won. My face is on the wide side from the side view, so I feel like what ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ said about harmony might be right.. But I’m also hesitant because they didn’t do a CT scan, so I’m debating.. ㄹㄹ did take a CT scan! ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ has you come in for almost a year to check the progress, so I feel like their aftercare might be better, but they were against lowering the columella, which every other hospital commonly mentioned, so if I want a definite improvement, I feel like ㄹㄹ might be better. I’m so torn.. Which one do you think is better?? I have a bulbous nose and my nasal tip is quite spread out..

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
