I had bulbous nose surgery on a nose with a bridge, without implants

Should I call it a big nose? It had a bridge and was also spread out a lot to the sides? So I had nostril/alar base reduction together, and I didn’t use a nasal bridge implant They said they would use the minimum materials, but still, surgery is surgery, so it was a bit hard to get my family’s permission for the surgery.. (they kept saying it was a bulbous nose and that it would drive away good fortuneㅡㅡ) In the end, I got the okay, and now it’s been 2 months since I had bulbous nose surgery at ㅍㄹㅇㅂ.. The swelling at the nasal tip is slightly different every morning? It feels a little different each time, but I’m not sure whether this is just my normal morning facial swelling or residual swelling... If it’s residual swelling, of course I hope it goes away quickly haha But it’s not particularly bothering me, so I’m not thinking much about it. It’ll probably get better as time passes I think nose surgery is bigger than eye surgery, so I looked into a lot of clinics and chose carefully in my own way, and so far my satisfaction is high I hope it stays high
