Before, before / after, after Just when I had given up, thinking I could never get nose surgery because I was too afraid of contracture, I saw a post by someone who had had Hiko several times and underwent surgery without removing it, so I made a reservation and had only the nasal tip done with a closed approach:) Recovery has been very, very fast, and I am spending each day so satisfied because the nasal tip shape I wanted came out The post-op photos are, in order, day 3 / day 7 / day 14! I am so happy because it feels like just the nasal tip changed the overall forehead-to-nose line,, ❤️ Those who have had Hiko or fillers several times at least try asking about it For reference, the last time I had filler was 5-6 years ago? so I did not have it removed separately The last time I had Hiko was also 2 years ago ㅋㅅㅋ
