The nose I had revised in 2021 had gotten lower because all the donated dermis was absorbed, so after searching online and going around for consultations, I had revision surgery at Just on January 19. After the consultation, because my skin is thin, I had originally been looking into a 3D custom implant like Fitme Nose, since I was worried the silicone might show through, but they actually told me not to spend the extra money and that they could do it well with carving. That made me trust them, and the consultant was kind too. She repeatedly dissuaded me, saying that if I was really too anxious I could do a custom implant, but that I didn’t need to, and she explained that well too, so my anxiety turned more into trust. Things moved quickly, and the result was so successful that I thought, I made such a good choice!! I felt really proud, happy, and relieved. For the surgery, they used silicone, and they said the donated costal cartilage currently in my nose was still strong and in good condition, so it seemed okay to keep using it, and they also used cartilage from my left ear. Maybe because the doctor’s hands are fast and the surgery time was short, I barely had any swelling, and since the revision in 2021 hurt so much I was really worried, but this time I was like, did I even have anything done? lol It didn’t hurt at all. Everyone around me says it was done well, and not only did I become prettier, they say I look younger too, so I’m so satisfied and happy. I knew the nose was this important, but I felt it once again. Just is the best. lol Thank you
