I chose the hospital through a recommendation from an acquaintance! The director gave a very thorough and kind consultation. First of all, he is very well known for breast surgery, and I thought the shape looked more natural and pretty than at other hospitals, so I think that’s why I decided to have it done there~ My acquaintance also had a very good result there. They kindly explained the implant type, size, and things like that, and let me choose. In particular, I was debating between 290 and 310 for the implants, and I tried on the 310 directly in the consultation room before choosing it. I have a completely skinny body type and my breasts were AA, but the director told me that if I put in 310, I would be around a C, so I was really like, please schedule the surgery date right away...~ㅋㅋ
I really wanted to have the surgery, and people around me also said it was the surgery they were most satisfied with, so I don’t think I was very nervous. And once I went into the operating room, I fell asleep right away, woke up, and it was just over... When I woke up right after surgery, it felt a bit tight and aching, but the nurse told me that the pain-control injection would start going in now, so after about 10 minutes the pain would be okay. Even after 10 minutes, the pain didn’t completely disappear, but it hurt just about enough that I could still go home...? For about 3 to 4 days, I was in enough pain that I needed to rest at home. It wasn’t like I was in so much pain I felt like I was going to die, but it hurt enough that I felt it would be hard to go about daily life. But after days 3~4 passed, I became fine as if nothing had happened. Also, maybe because I have so little body fat, until about week 2, when I used my arms, my skin and muscles felt tight, like my muscles were pulling. But this gets much better the more you receive aftercare in weeks 1 and 2. For me especially, after the week-2 care, the swelling went down a lot. That slightly stuffy and heavy feeling also felt like it completely disappeared after the week-2 aftercare...! As for the scars, at one month I started scar injections and applying scar ointment, and I think they’re improving a lot. I’m still so, so satisfied now, and they say breast surgery usually improves a lot in feel and shape from 3 months onward, so I’m really looking forward to it ~~
