My first surgery was 20 years ago, and back then they only used silicone + ear cartilage... But I felt like my nasal tip had drooped, and when I smiled, the tip looked long. I don’t know if the clinic still exists now, but I had surgery near Apgujeong, and they only corrected the nasal tip again there.. Then when the semi-upturned nose was popular, I felt that probably wouldn’t suit me, so I had revision surgery near Sinsa Station at a place said to be good at noses, under general anesthesia, using silicone + septal cartilage.. The shape of my nose looked strange because the middle seemed too sunken, so when I went to another hospital for a consultation, they said the silicone had been inserted reversed, upside down. So I had nose surgery again at a large hospital, and I wanted to have surgery again with the director who operated on me, Director ㅌㅋㄹㅅ (Gangnam Station), so I went there, but since it had been a long time, they said I now need to use autologous costal cartilage. ----> He was the director who did my last surgery, and I liked it, so he was my first choice in my mind, but the cost for autologous costal cartilage was over 10 million won. And after touching my nose, he said it was hard and that the skin doesn’t stretch .....ㅠㅠ Surgery is impossible right now. The reason I thought I needed to redo my nose ----> It seems like contracture came and passed, and now it seems to have stopped, but the left side of my nasal tip looks pinched, and compared with old photos, the tip is lifted, so I thought, this is contracture, and started getting consultations. I went around to hospitals that do autologous costal cartilage, and some were running events, and the price ranges varied a lot... But they all said the same thing: for autologous costal cartilage, harvesting the cartilage hurts more than the nose itself. I’m scared, wondering how bad that pain is... I passed on large hospitals because I somehow felt the doctor might change, and I’m looking for one-doctor hospitals specializing in noses. ㄷㄴ. O M. ㄹㅂㄹ. April 31st, their price ranges are all pretty huge.. I’m wondering if I really have to do it with autologous costal cartilage, and I’m scared. Is there no other method besides autologous costal cartilage?

My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
