My nasal tip was slightly droopy, and overall my nose was high, but the tip was blunt, with a little filler in the nasal bridge. For the bridge, I wanted it raised only about as much as the filler had been, and mainly wanted the droopy nasal tip smoothed out with a ***natural look.
1. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Director ㄱㄷㅈ / I had a consultation because he is famous for noses. Maybe because it was the weekend, there were many people in the waiting room. He mentioned osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, alar reduction + basic silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. I said I wanted a natural nose rather than a dramatic one, and wanted the basic option, and he said that was possible too. He said alar reduction can be done later, so if I wanted the basic option, many people do it that way too. He told me roughly what silicone thickness would be good. The consultation was detailed and good. The consultant consultation was soso.
2. ㄱㄹ Director ㅎㅈㅎ / My friend had it done about 2 years ago and it turned out well, so I went for a consultation. The waiting room was dark and had partitions, so it was comfortable. I went on a weekday, and there were some people. Since I wanted a natural nose, I was likewise recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. He only additionally recommended bulbous nose correction, but said if I liked the round feeling, it would probably be fine to leave it. He felt the filler in my nasal bridge and told me it needed to be dissolved beforehand, and if I wanted the bridge to be at the height of the existing filler, he recommended 2-3 mm silicone. The consultant consultation was kind, similar to ㅈㅇㅈㅇ.
My friend's surgical result was so natural and pretty that I'm leaning toward ㄱㄹ, but my friend's original nose was a little different from mine, small and slim to begin with, so I'm debating whether it turned out pretty because of that or whether I should go somewhere more famous.
