A Vivid Review of Nose Surgery + Bulbous Nose Correction and Fat Grafting Done Together

Before <before surgery> After <1 week> After <1 month> After <2 months> After <recent> After <recent> I joined here to get cosmetic surgery information, and I'm posting my review to help others too. I'm writing this to share information about what I experienced, and please make sure to visit several hospitals in person and find a hospital that suits you well~

If there is anything I need to revise or correct, please tell me gently.

★Before surgery★ You can tell from the photos, but my bulbous nose was really severe... On top of that, from the side, my nose was upturned like a short nose... It wasn't even a surgically operated nose, but it looked lifted as if I had contracture.. Actually, it wasn't originally this bad, but it got worse after Hikoㅜㅜ I was scared of surgery, so I got Hiko, but it actually caused me more stress, and of course the bulbous nose correction didn't happen at all... I felt like this couldn't go on, so I went around for consultations. I decided to have surgery at the hospital that explained my nose's problems and points for improvement in the most detail during the consultation. The thing I considered most important when choosing a hospital was that I definitely avoided *factory-style hospitals* with lots of directors. You know how there are hospitals that subtly say no when you ask if you can see CCTV? I filtered all those hospitals out. Honestly, there are hospitals with several directors too, so how would I know who is operating on my nose lol It took some time to look around online and in person for a trustworthy hospital, but the time wasn't wasted. Choosing the hospital is really important. Also, while getting nose surgery, I talked about how my overall face looked flat, and they recommended fat grafting together, so I did it. In my opinion, if people like me who had hollow-looking faces before surgery do fat grafting together, the effect will be much better lol Overall, it feels like my face gained volume from the nose + fat? For reference, I had it done on my full face~

★Day of surgery to 1 week★ Everyone says swelling is really severe, and since I had fat grafting too, my whole face did swell more lol But when I looked at other people's reviews, even with nose surgery alone, they swelled much more than I did.. I also saw people who could barely open their eyes, so compared with that, I felt much better lol I think the first week was the hardest.. Because of the fat grafting my face felt heavy, and because of the nasal packing it was hard to breathe.. Also, the thigh area where the fat was harvested hurt at first, so I screamed every time I went to the bathroom lol But after about two days it got better! It was hard to sleep because I had to keep my pillow high.. My mouth got completely dry too...... With the splint on, I couldn't tell what the nose shape was like... At first, I had asked for a glamorous style, but the nose under the splint looked too high, so I got really worried that it might not suit me and might be too much, you know? But with nose surgery, you really don't know... At first I also thought, isn't this too much ㅠㅠ, but it was all swelling.. Now it has all come down naturally...... For nose surgery, you *absolutely have to watch it for at least one month*

★1 month★ After the difficult first week passed, from week 2 I slowly started to feel okay lol When the splint came off, I thought it might be too much, but considering there was swelling, it was better than expected. Around one month, the nose that had looked high came down naturally, and it felt like it was gradually settling(?) into my face naturally lol Because I wanted a glamorous style, I also used donated costal cartilage, and I was surprised because they made the line exactly like the line I had shown them. And especially the *bulbous nose* improved a lot from the front. I was very worried it might look artificial, but it was more natural than expected and changed into a refined look, as if it had originally been slim.

★Now★ Currently, all the swelling has gone down, and the minor swelling lasted about 3 months, but I think even that is all gone now. For the fat grafting, I asked for it to look natural, so I worried it might all disappear quickly, but it seems to have taken better than expected. It turned out naturally, not excessive, like my original face, and I even got a more youthful image lol Anyway, the nose height that felt excessive at first was all swelling, and now it has settled well as exactly the glamorous yet naturally well-suited nose I wanted... haha After surgery, I was very anxious by nature, but even after surgery, the director and manager kept checking my progress for a long time and cared for me carefully, so I think I was able to feel less anxious. I had heard that if you go to a factory-style hospital, it's hard to see the director's face after surgery, but fortunately none of that happened, and I was thoroughly looked after even after surgery lol Now my progress is actually so good that I'm too lazy to go to the hospital, and the manager just contacts me sometimes to ask how I am haha

Anyway, after going through nose surgery, which I think is a fairly major surgery, what I felt is that since both the hospital choice and surgery choice are ultimately my own choices, I have to choose carefully. And during the recovery period, your mental state falls apart more than expected?? I think having the mindset to manage your emotions well then and resolve things positively is important too! Then I hope everyone finds a good hospital and has surgery safely~
