When people say the nasal tip has sagged, do they mean the nasal tip has gotten a bit lower than when they had surgery? Or that the shape itself has changed? It has been exactly 1 year since my surgery, but I am not sure whether it just looks lower because the swelling went down or whether it has sagged.. And are the two sides of the nose normally different in shape?ㅜ
