I know that only septal cartilage was used in my first surgery, but when correcting a contracted nose and lowering the nasal tip, what kind of cartilage should be used? The septal cartilage already used in my nose can’t be used again, right?ㅜㅜ Is costal cartilage the answer... If it were just revision surgery because of the shape, I think that might be easier, but since it’s contraction, I’m even more upset. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
