Originally, from the beginning, I preferred a natural look, so I had my first surgery done naturally. I was fairly satisfied, but as time passed, it didn’t look that noticeable and my nasal tip started drooping, so it feels like there isn’t a big difference from before surgery. Rather than making it too natural, I really want it to be moderately flashy, so I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty. Since it’s revision surgery, I’m planning to visit several places. The places I’m considering now are ㅍㄹㅁㅇ and ㅁㅂ. How are these two places, and are there any places worth adding to my list? Places that many people also go to for revision surgery

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
