This is a one-month review of male hump nose rhinoplasty !
<Before surgery> My glabella area was usually low, I had a severe hump and a somewhat bulbous nose, so my face lacked dimension and looked flat. Without bangs and glasses, I was like Pororo or Yoo Jae-suk.. ㅠ First, while researching online, what I focused on was a private clinic and a natural design that was not excessive, and I visited a total of 3 places in person.
<Consultation> The place I chose after in-person consultations was Obly Plastic Surgery, and the consultation was done while looking at a CT scan. They said my nasal septum was severely deviated in an S-shape and there was not enough of it, so even though it was my first surgery, donated costal cartilage would have to be used.. ㅜㅜ But Director Kim Da-alm asked me whether I knew my nose was a little crooked when viewed from the front .. I had lived my whole life without knowing... So he recommended using customized silicone with ㅇnofit to correct the crookedness ! He consulted with me in detail and recommended a surgical method and design suited to me, and without needing to see anything else, I decided I should have surgery here ㅋㅋㅋ
<Surgery> Right before surgery, they told me as a precaution that if I moved around severely under sleep anesthesia, they might have to wake me up, so I was a little scared, though they said that almost never happens,, but I moved around quite a lot, so I had the surgery while awake in the middle.... It was a little mentally difficult, but in the end, the surgery went very well! When they inserted donated costal cartilage into the nasal tip, my alar tissue was quite strong, so they used the spare donated costal cartilage they had prepared and immediately revised the design !
<After surgery to one month> Right after surgery, it was only hard before removing the nasal packing, and otherwise it wasn’t that difficult for me. At week 1, I visited the clinic, had the stitches removed, and returned to normal daily life. Every time acquaintances saw me, they all complimented me, saying my nose turned out naturally well ㅋㅋㅋ And now at one month, people meeting me for the first time only ask whether I had eye surgery, and they don’t notice that I had rhinoplasty haha (I did my eyes too)
