First, the clinics I went to, except for ㅂㄴㄴ, all had consultations in the order of consultant-director-consultant. Since safety is my top priority, I mainly looked at CCTV and whether the director picked up well on the parts I was worried about.
1. ㅇㅂㄹ I went after making a reservation. The wait was not super long X When I went in for the consultation, the director gave me two options. No implant or silicone. They said both were possible because my nose itself is high, but when I said I was scared of silicone contracture reactions, they said then we should definitely do it without an implant. (They said if I feel even a little negative about silicone, I would be very stressed, so it would be better not to use it.) What was interesting was that other clinics try to use the septum first, but this person prioritizes ear cartilage over septal cartilage... So they were considering whether it would be possible without using the septum, but diagnosed that we would probably need to use a little. And there was a nose I wanted, but they firmly told me what was not possible... It was sad, but I liked it lololol ㅠ I like when they tell me in advance that something will not work... Overall, the clinic atmosphere was calm and the director was very kind. For CCTV, a guardian can watch in real time, no pressure to pay a deposit. Final materials: ear cartilage + septal cartilage Hump requires shaving + osteotomy / They said it would be okay to decide on nostril-wing shape adjustment after surgery (I remember this part costing about 300,000?)

2. ㅂㄴㄴ I was not going to write an in-person consultation review for this place, but I am writing it in case there are people who want to use it as reference... First, the consultant and director did the consultation together (I had questions from this point). And they absolutely pushed silicone... Out of all the places I have gone to for consultations so far, this was the only place that pushed silicone. Of course, if you want a completely smooth nose, using silicone is right, but other clinics said that although they could not make it completely smooth, the degree would be like, "Ah, this part used to be the hump," when touching the nose, and that no implant would be enough. But here they kept talking as if there was no answer except silicone... Also, the nose shape I want and the nose shape the director pursues are just completely different. They kept trying to make my nose slim somehow... If you are looking into silicone instead of no implant, it may be okay. For CCTV, they only show the first scene and, if the guardian wants, one cut at that moment in the middle... There is a slight push for the deposit. 3. ㅇㅂㅅ - Director ㅅㅅㅈ The consultant really felt like they knew nose surgery well... Very kind. The director pointed out only what was necessary and felt like they left in a big hurry, so I liked the consultation content itself, but those parts bothered me a bit... Also, it is not something like a safe zone against ghost surgery, and CCTV is recorded and can only be viewed ^if a problem occurs^... They said there are not many doctors at this clinic, so there is nothing to worry about (but I am worriedㅠ). What I liked was that the nose I wanted was possible without an implant + they seemed to have a strong ambition for my nose...? (They said the before-and-after difference would show well if I did it, and they wanted to upload those before-and-after photos to the website.) They actually did not recommend silicone because my nose is high. There is some pressure to pay a deposit (the cost difference between doing it and not doing it is about 600,000-800,000...) 4. ㅂㅌㅇ - Director ㅇㅈㅎ I went after making a reservation, but there was still some wait. I liked that the roles of the consultant and director were clearly separated. (Honestly, the director is the one doing the surgery, so I did not like clinics where the consultant tried to make judgments..) First, I only talked to the consultant about the nose shape I wanted, the nose shape I absolutely did not want, and safety-related questions, then went to the director. Oh, and they allow recording the consultation + they also told me how to record it for it to have legal effect. The director was very thorough, and like clinic no. 1, they said the nose I wanted would be difficult ㅠlololol But even I thought it probably would not work, I had just shown it once anyway... They said it would be difficult because the nose structure itself is very different ㅠ And this was the only place with no hump osteotomy X... They said shaving alone would be enough. They showed me roughly how the side line of my nose would look by connecting lines? and I liked that they seemed confident. They said they would need to put a little cartilage in the glabella, but because my skin is thin, they would insert ground cartilage, and that it would look much less obvious than putting it in as a whole piece. I really liked this method. So I asked if they do not raise it with dermis, and they said the absorption rate really varies case by case, so they do not recommend it. Also, when I was in the waiting room, there were people who seemed to have had their noses done there, and the shapes were pretty, so maybe that made me like the director even more?
