Ten years ago, I had surgery at a large plastic surgery clinic that was fairly famous for noses, but I was dissatisfied because the nasal bridge started too high from between my eyebrows, making my nose look too long, and the silicone looked very obvious. Overall, my face was not in harmony, and it was clearly just a nose that had been raised carelessly, which I was unhappy with. But it wasn’t exactly a complication, so I couldn’t really complain properly, and I was scared of revision surgery, so I just lived with it. Recently, I saw a photo my friend took of me and was shocked by the way my nose spread when I smiled and by how long my nose looked, so after ten years I decided to have revision surgery.
