One-month review after implant-free osteotomy + bulbous nose correction + columella lowering

Before/after before/after before/afterIt’s already been one month since I had nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic.

The swelling went down better than I expected, so people meeting me for the first time don’t really notice unless I tell them.

I heard that implant-free osteotomy doesn’t make much difference from the front, but for me, there was a really big difference. It used to be a complex of mine because my nose often looked like it disappeared from the front in photos, but after the osteotomy, it has a clear presence, so I’m really happy. Seriously the best.

I was worried because people said it can be hard to breathe after osteotomy, but I can breathe well now. Until week 2, I couldn’t breathe well, so I was really depressed, but there was no need to worry.

Up to the one-month mark, the nose is still firm, the columellar incision line is red, and some minor swelling remains. I’ll wait until the three-month mark and write another review.
