I said I wanted a consultation with the doctor, so they made an appointment. Even though I had clearly booked the consultation and went, they called me on the way and said the director had too many surgeries today so I would have to consult with the counseling manager instead... I had no choice but to get the consultation from the manager, who was extremely kind. But what is the point of consulting with a counseling manager when there is a separate surgeon who will actually do the operation...? It wasn’t as if they carefully examined me on the day of surgery either. Even though I clearly said I wanted a low line, they set it very high, and I ended up suffering emotionally for five years before finally getting a revision surgery now.
