I had my first nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. They recommended donated rib cartilage, but I wanted my own, so I went with autologous costal cartilage. During the consultation, the director drew on my face photo and explained that the surgery had to be done in this way. I liked the consultation, so I went ahead with the surgery right away, and I like the line. I emphasized that I wanted the tip to be rounded, but my tip ended up becoming pointy on its own.. People I know who had surgery with the same director at this clinic all have rounded tips, so I wonder why mine became pointy Even so, I like the overall nasal line and height. It’s almost been a year since the surgery and I’m satisfied. I wanted a more refined look, and they said 6 mm of silicone was inserted, but since my original nose was so low, the height is a little disappointing, but what can you do.. It was already a low nose, and I guess that was my own greed I think this is extremely satisfying for me
