They also immediately pointed out the part I had been worried about, so I could really feel their professionalism. I was able to ask about the surgery method and recovery process without feeling pressured, and every answer was clear, which gave me trust. Overall, thanks to the kind and calm atmosphere, I felt reassured even though it was my first consultation, and that sense of satisfaction stayed with me for a long time after the visit.
