When I looked up reviews, there were comments suggesting that the director was a bit cynical and that it was hard to ask follow-up questions, so I was a little worried, but he does not seem to be that difficult a person, though he does look a bit tired. Still, when you are actually asked whether you have any questions, you may suddenly not think of any, so it would be good to bring a list of questions. He shaped the line several times on both eyes and even felt the thickness? himself, then recommended the surgical method, which gave me a trustworthy feeling. There was no overt upselling, and he made recommendations but left the choice to the patient, so it might be hard if you are someone who cannot decide easily. The coordinator was also very kind and did not put too much pressure on me, so I was able to consult and think comfortably, which I liked
