Please, let’s worry about this together.. silicone visibility (remove vs live with it)

It’s the tip of the nose!!~~ The visibility changes depending on the light, so sometimes it looks black and sometimes it doesn’t. The photo is a little hard to tell. Hi, 12 years ago I had a small semicircular piece of silicone, called a silicone tip, inserted at the nasal tip. My bridge is high, but the nose itself is just kind of flattened.... In fact, a few years after I had it done, I started to notice a slight visibility of the silicone part... People say they can see it when they look at my nose. If you look at photos, the visibility was there then and it’s still there now, and there’s no inflammation or pain. 1) I do like my nose. It’s a little pointy, but... I’ve had this nose for 10 years, so any other nose would feel really unnatural, and it suits my face well 2) Still, I think I should go to have the visibility checked. When I asked the doctor at the hospital I had gone to before, he said the nose had moved out of its proper position, which caused friction... He said to just remove it and, after it settles, put in autologous tissue again a year later... He said it so casually, like removing it and changing it again a year later would be easy, but it’s not easy for me. What about the stress in the meantime..? For reference, this visibility issue has been going on for over 7 years for me There’s no inflammation or pain. No one is staring into my nose, and if I don’t say anything, they probably wouldn’t know. Do you think I should take it out? Or do you think I’ll keep living like this?? Since it’s silicone, I guess I can take it out someday But then I can’t imagine the tip dropping from its current shape... Sigh.. If it gets worse later, should I remove it? Is that level of visibility considered severe?
