I had the silicone removed last year because of foreign-body sensation and chronic inflammation. The ear cartilage at the tip was left in place. After that, whenever I was tired, I felt like the blood circulation in my nose was poor. -> After this, the mucous membrane pain started insanely, and I went to the hospital, but they said there was no problem. The ENT said the same. The ENT gave me a referral to go to a university hospital, but I didn't go and went to neurology one last time. -> It got better. (Only for 2 months) -> After that, I had a mid-strength treatment, felt like I was coming down with body aches, and then something like a mosquito bite appeared on my nose, but it went away after taking medicine -> The next day, something like an allergy appeared on the tip of my nose and started itching, and I felt like my nerves were overactive -> The neurology medicine didn't work -> I had rough skin for 2 months, then one day it disappeared and I felt like the mucous membrane was swollen -> The columella ached a little -> The columella got better and the mucous-membrane-swelling discomfort remained -> Now the mucous membrane pain has become severe. When I went to ENT because of the pain in the upper mucous membrane, they said it looked like cartilage inflammation. But the doctor who handled my first surgery and removal, and another doctor, [Doctor A], both said it is not inflammation. It also doesn't seem to be chronic inflammation (I don't remember this part clearly). Anyway, they said surgery might not make it better. Why is my nose like this?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 28 If I remove everything, will the foreign-body sensation and pain go away?

I had surgery for a contracted nose at a university hospital, but the things I asked for weren't done, so I'm planning to request aftercare. Since it's a university hospital, I'm worried about whether the request will go through smoothly..
