The hospital was very clean, and I felt that the consultation manager was highly professional. When I said I had a chronic condition, they asked questions about it, and when they looked at my nose and correctly guessed what my nose looked like before, I felt reassured. The director was quite cynical, so at first I was a little scared, but when I asked questions, they explained everything very carefully. They said that if I remove the entire nose structure, it could end up slightly more upturned than my original nose, so I'm still deliberating, but if I do get it removed, this is one of the top hospitals on my list. It's good to prepare questions before going in for a consultation
