Since this was my second surgery, the pressure that I absolutely could not fail again was really intense. So I spent a lot of time searching for places where one director takes full responsibility for the surgery, places that focus deeply on only noses, and places that are absolutely natural and do not show. Because I had gotten greedy 7 years ago and raised my nasal bridge too high, I spent every night worrying about whether the shape would distort later or contracture would happen, and I could not sleep properly. My biggest goal was to remove the overly dramatic look and make it settle in a stable way as if it had always been my original nose. Mint was not the place with the most reviews on my list, but it also had no bad stories, so it caught my eye. While searching, I occasionally saw posts saying the director's tone was a bit cold, and even rare posts saying there was a cigarette smell, so I was a little tense. But once I actually went into the consultation room, I did not really notice any cigarette smell, and the director's style of bluntly pointing out only the facts felt honest to me, so it was fine. My first impression of the clinic felt less like something ultra-modern and more like a place with a bit of age and history, and the consultant manager and front desk staff were kind. The deciding factor for surgery was the director's professionalism and the mindset of putting safety first. I could tell they were extremely knowledgeable about nose structure and revision surgery risks, and whenever I tried to be too greedy, they drew a clear line, which made me feel they were truly a specialist and gave me trust. I was told that during surgery I would be in a state where I was not fully asleep under sedation, which was scary, but on the other hand it could be an advantage because I could check my nose during the operation and ask for corrections, making it possible to get a result closer to the nose I wanted. Honestly, if you only look at the cost, it is quite high compared with other places.. Still, what does cost matter if you can get a pretty nose? Even if a good consultation does not mean you can choose a clinic immediately, I still think I would view it positively because I could feel the director's professionalism, natural style, and above all the priority placed on safety.
