Eye Surgery Considerations

Clinic review

Since this was my first consultation, I cannot compare it with other places, but the clinic facilities and atmosphere passed for now. I dislike chaos and lack of organization, and the clinic seemed to have its own system in place. The people conducting consultations and the reception staff were simply fine. Excessive friendliness can feel burdensome, while being too curt can make you tense before you even start, but the atmosphere was appropriate. The waiting time was not long: about 10 minutes before starting, 10 minutes in the consultation room, and about 10 minutes waiting for the surgeon. What matched other reviews here was that the surgeon had a pleasant voice, was calm, and was kind T_T. They looked better in person than in videos. Their warm, kind way of speaking first made me feel comfortable, and after identifying the improvements I wanted, they counseled me using that as a basis. Honestly, since they are an expert, I hoped they would first notice things here and there and say what would improve if changed. But they first listened to the direction I wanted, then explained the direction for correction based on that. I thought that understanding the patient's needs comes first. I was relieved that the points the surgeon mentioned aligned with the aesthetic I wanted, but I was a little disappointed that they did not specifically quantify technical matters such as how much to reduce the cheekbones and how much bone would be altered. I need to visit other clinics and compare costs, but aesthetic sense, satisfaction, and safety matter more than cost, so I have put it on my shortlist.
