I went in with high expectations because I was told they would explain everything with a PPT, but maybe I expected too much; I only got to see about 2 or 3 slides. Of course, I did learn some things I didn’t know before, like facial asymmetry and that the bony septum was very thin. The doctor consultation lasted about 30 minutes, and they explained the costal cartilage surgery method in detail, but I thought it involved removing fascia from the head area, and they didn’t mention that part? They also only told me the surgery time when I asked... I think you should prepare your list of questions well in advance. The consultation manager was pretty and kind, but when I asked what to ask, she didn’t really know... hehe And the price is insanely expensive. They say aftercare is lifelong, but it feels like they’re collecting the money for two surgeries in advance. If the doctor later closes the clinic or runs off overseas, it’s over, and for this price I really don’t think it’s right.
