I visited after doing my own research. The director explains things honestly and without any fluff. I did not really think the staff were especially friendly, though. They use twilight sedation for the surgery, and they anesthetize you so you can wake up before the surgery ends. From what I heard, the anesthesiologist is a cousin, so I think that person comes in and does it, but I do not know how they handle it now. Anyway, this is a hospital that prioritizes safety, so if you are expecting dramatic changes, I think you would be better off visiting another hospital.
