Before <before>After <after>After <after>You can tell from the pre-op photos why I decided on revision rhinoplasty, but my nasal tip was drooping pretty severely. It looked strangely drooped, as if it had been shaved down... I think that was the most stressful part, and when looking at the overall nose line, I also said my ideal was for it to change into more of a straight-to-slightly-curved line. They removed the silicone that was originally there, and I had surgery again without an implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. The nose line definitely looks more natural than before the revision, and especially the nasal bridge seems to have become much slimmer, so I'm satisfied. Needless to say, the nasal tip drooping seems to have improved, so I think I'm glad I had revision rhinoplasty..
