Before<front photo before surgery!>Before<bottom before surgery>After<front after surgery>Before<bottom after surgery>Ever since I was young, my nose looked big and round from the front, so I was really, really stressed about it, and every time I took photos, I kept noticing the line coming down from my nose to my lips and things like that.. ㅜㅜ I’m the type who doesn’t think an artificial-looking nose with implants in my face and rhinoplasty would suit me, and I prefer a natural look, so surgery was just something I imagined, and I lived every day just worrying about it.
I happened to look up nostril reduction in a community, kept debating while only reading reviews, then got a consultation and had surgery right away.. lol During the consultation, the director explained everything really professionally and pointed out each problem area, saying this is how it should be done, so I booked it as if I were under a spell and had the surgery right away.
I was a bit worried about scars and things like that, but it was done with a minimal incision, and they corrected the drooping alae and grafted allograft dermis to the columella. My nostrils got smaller really naturally, so at first I was like, what is this? But as time passes and the swelling goes down, they’re getting much smaller. From below, it’s definitely different, and since the nostrils are smaller, I think the nasal tip looks slimmer too.
It’s only been about a week, and there is a slight redness, but they said it will gradually fade over time and the scars will disappear, so I’m going to wait and see~ There’s no problem with sensation, and flaring my nostrils and breathing are totally fine, so I like it. A lot of people say nostril reduction has no effect, but for me it changed really naturally, so I’m very satisfied.
