I went for a consultation because I wanted philtrum reduction and corner-of-the-mouth surgery, and the manager was kind, but did not seem especially knowledgeable. The director looked very busy..., and the consultation really felt like only 2 or 3 minutes. I had a lot of questions, but maybe because I was only there briefly before surgery, he left quickly. Even though I had made an appointment for the consultation, the wait time was somewhat long.
