I had double eyelid surgery by partial incision 5 years ago at a place I didn't look into at all. As you can tell from the before photo, the front part had completely come undone, so the line was all buried and it looked so stuffy, which I hated. This time, after getting epicanthoplasty and revision buried-suture double eyelid surgery, it looks much more open and refreshed. The swelling is still going down asymmetrically, so the two sides are uneven, but I think it turned out naturally well.
