It’s my first surgery, and I’ve gone around to a total of 8 places for consultations, but I’m so torn ㅠㅠ What do you all think would be better? I’m thinking of an in-out line, and I’m aiming for natural-looking eyes that don’t look like inner double eyelids!
(Pros/cons of each surgery as I see them) Buried suture - Pros: fast recovery, revision surgery doesn’t seem too difficult? - Cons: higher chance of loosening, since the skin is just folded, won’t the eyes look puffy? Incisional - Pros: since tissue is removed, maybe the eyes won’t look as swollen, and it loosens less - Cons: scarring, revision surgery is difficult, slow recovery
(My eye condition as I understood it during consultations) - Sunken eyes, asymmetrical eyes - Horizontal length is long, so no posterior canthoplasty; good eye-opening strength, so no ptosis correction - Rather than having a lot of fat, my eyes have extra skin (they said my eyebrows are drooping,, I even heard about a forehead lift ㅠ)
