I had nose surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. The sedation almost didn't kick in, so I was basically fully awake and had to get the local anesthetic injections...ㅠㅠ I could hear everything throughout the surgery. Other people may have had good experiences, but I had complications after one year, so I had it removed and revised at another hospital.
