The manager who consulted me was the kindest, haha. She recommended many things and gave good advice, probably because she had experience with many procedures! The front desk staff and the nurses who helped with the procedure were a bit unfriendly, but it was okay. The director was blunt, but seemed like the type to say only what needs to be said.
