First of all, the director seemed to have a lot of pride in his own surgery, which made me trust him. I was worried about non-incisional cheekbone nonunion, but now, one year later, it has healed well. Before surgery, I was worried about nerve damage in the jaw, but there was no nerve damage and the jaw line was cut nicely, which was good. But maybe because of the limits of my own face, there was no dramatic change.. There was not a huge difference from my pre-op face, so I went back to the clinic, got a CT scan, and had another consultation to see whether I needed more surgery, but they said the surgery had gone well and there was nothing more they could do here. Still, I liked that they were honest instead of pushing unnecessary surgery. And I can understand why the director's reputation is not good, but I personally liked that he took good care of me during and after surgery. But it seems like he does not like questions. As long as you just nod along to what the doctor says, there will not be any trouble.
