Nose Surgery

Zesta review

The consultation with the doctor during my second revision surgery was so good that I trusted him and went ahead with the revision again (we spent over 30 minutes just on the consultation). But after a year, the tip started drooping and a step formed in the middle. Originally it had been supported with septal cartilage, but they removed that and replaced it with nasal cartilage. Yet it ended up drooping even more than the old nose. So I went to another hospital and had a third surgery with autologous costal cartilage. There was no problem with the surgery itself. It was not a side effect; I just disliked how the shape changed. They said they would do another revision if I paid the extra cost
