I had a weekday daytime appointment and there were no people there, so I got my CT done right away with no waiting. I had the consultation in the order manager-director-manager while looking at the CT, and the total consultation time was about 1 hour. Both the doctor and the manager were so kind, easygoing, and just really nice. Since I have a hump nose, they recommended a no-implant approach. I wanted to raise the bridge between my eyes, but they told me firmly that if I had surgery without an implant, I’d have to give that up. So the overall consultation went in the direction of no-implant surgery. The doctor said to use the septum and ear cartilage, but I said I wanted donor rib cartilage. They said the anesthesia would be sedation plus local anesthesia, and that I’d need to come back on days 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 after surgery. The manager did push the deposit a bit. They also seem to do good aftercare for first surgeries, so I left a deposit. That said, I didn’t expect a first surgery to end up well over 6 million won. It’s expensive.
